Shipping policy

All items will be shipped upon completion of product.

Customized apparel requires 10 to 14 business days from date of payment.

All non custom items usually ship in 2 to 4 business days.

All items are made per order.

All School store orders ship in 10 to 14 business days and may be delayed or split into seperate shipments.

 All shipping costs including but not limited to freight, customs fees, duties and/or brokerage fees is solely the responsibility of the Purchaser/client/customer/buyer.  IR Apparel of Jersey City takes no financial obligation or burden of cost for shipping to the US or other countries.

Handling fees apply to ALL delivery shipments thru UPS or USPS services.  Handling fees cover packaging, labels and drop off to facility.

ROTHCO branded items cannot be shipped outside of the USA without written authorization from ROTHCO.
