Terms of service

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for completion from date of payment. Non apparel items please allow 5 to 7 business days.  Dates may change as agreed upon during order request.  No delivery date is guaranteed these are estimates based on availability at time of posting item.  We are closed on weekends and holidays(based on School closures and Nationally recognized dates.)

All non apparel items are subject to NJ state sales tax. A tax exempt certificate form must be submitted for the sales tax to be removed.

Orders of youth to adult sizes over 24 items will be printed using athletic screen print ink. Smaller sizes or quantities will be made using HTV and may incur different pricing. All embroidery is per department specifications. It is customers duty to provide specifications of any department spec not on file.

All art designs must be approved by the client prior to production. Any issues with design after approval the client will not hold Integrity Road solutions LLC responsible. The customer is responsible to verify address, text, phone numbers and colors during approval process.

Custom embroidery is available at the rate of $0.95 per 1000 stitches.  Plus artwork fees.  Standard embroidery pricing available upon request.  (Standard embroidery includes previously used designs from our inventory)  Any changes to standard embroidery, not including color, will be charged as previously outlined.

No refunds on custom apparel.(Any item that received decoration such as names numbers or graphics in print or embroidery)



Exchange for manufacturing defect only.

 Customer must notify Integrity Road Solutions LLC prior to production if shipping is needed outside of hudson county, NJ. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.  All clothing/apparel items and most accessories will be shipped in a soft package.

All images and text design are property of KSM design Solutions/IR Apparel of Jersey City, a division of INTEGRITY ROAD SOLUTIONS LLC. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited by law. The customer agrees to these terms by fulfilling payment or initialing proposal invoice.

Integrity Road solutions, LLC is an authorized resaler of ONLY DECORATED/Embellished items from NEW ERA, NIKE, COLUMBIA, Champion, Carthartt, OGIO and American Apparel.  All items from these brands MUST be sold with embellishments.

Integrity Road solutions, LLC is an authorized dealer for Game sportswear. All items are sold with Game sportswear authority and warranties.

Integrity Road Solutions, LLC is an authorized dealer of Bella+Canvas products.

Integrity Road Solutions, LLC grants its sales rights for all items under its license to its divisions named as follows IR Apparel of Jersey city, IR Apparel of JC, KSM Design solutions, or IntegrityRoadsolutions.com.  Resale of these items is prohibited without written consent from the owner of the company.  

Rothco items are trademarked for the Rothco company in Ronkonkoma, NY.  Integrity Road Solutions, LLC is an authorized dealer for Rothco items.


5.11 Tactical apparel is a registered trademark of 5.11 tactical . Integrity Road solutions LLC is NOT an authorized dealer of 5.11 apparel. We purchase 5.11 apparel at retail price from 5.11 or other 3rd party entity. In no way does Integrity Road solutions LLC add to the retail price paid including tax or shipping paid to 3rd party. Embroidery fees are not part of the retail price and will be added to the paid out price.  5.11 apparel is available in limited items upon request.  Items are limited to availability and sold with Embellishment or decoration ONLY.

Payment is due in full on all items prior to production.  Non stocked items will not be ordered until payment is received. NO EXCEPTIONS!

IR APPAREL OF JC,  or its trade names, will be held harmless against any claims from consumers regarding to their affiliation with or for any government or private agency.  We are NOT an official vendor for any municipal, state or federal entity and hold no obligation to meet or exceed the garment requirements for those entities.  We make no claim to be in any official capacity as a supplier to ANY company or agency.  We are not responsible for any claims by any person as to their affiliation to any company or entity .

 

We will NOT reproduce ANY licensed apparel or emblem without written consent from the artist or controlling property.   We do not reproduce MLB, NFL, MLS, NBA or NHL team ensignias as displayed and wholly owned by any franchise.   IR APPAREL OF JC will not infringe upon any company or individual's copyrights or ownership.
